Associate Professor Dr. Daniel Eckert
Daniel Eckert is Chairman of the Curricula Commission for Economics.
In his research, he mainly deals with collective decisions (Social Choice Theory). In particular, this involves the generalization of the aggregation of preferences to arbitrary information (judgment aggregation). Other aspects of his research include the history of collective decision theory and the question of justice and inequality in collective decisions.
