Public transport:

S-Bahn S5 (city railway) connects to Graz Hauptbahnhof (central station). You need to walk about 5 minutes to reach the train station of the airport. The price for a one-way trip is € 3.10 (hourly ticket by Graz Linien; there’s a vending machine on the platform of the city railway). 

Taxi:

The taxi rank is outside the passenger terminal. The approximate fare to the city center is 40 €.

To NH-Hotel, Karmeliterplatz 4a/4b:

Take tram line 1 (direction Mariatrost), 6 (St. Peter), or 7 (St. Leonhard/LKH). Get off at “Jakominiplatz” and change to bus no 30 (Geidorf) (marked as "G" on this map of stops on Jakominiplatz where you arrive at either "B" or "C"). Bus no 30 stops on Karmeliterplatz

To the venue:

Take bus no. 63 and get off at „Universität“, or take bus no 58, stop „UNI/Mozartgasse“.

On Karmeliterplatz get on bus no. 30 (Geidorf) and get off at „UNI/Mozartgasse“.

Hourly ticket: € 3.10
24 hours ticket: € 6.80

These tickets are available from the ticket vending machine in all trams and busses as well as from stationary vending machines at central station, at the bus stop for lines 63 and 58, at Hauptplatz and Jakominiplatz. More.

Make sure you punch your ticket inside the tram or bus (unless you bought it on board from the vending machine which prints the validity period automatically)!
